Schedule Of Trustee Fees and Charges

Trust Inception Fee

An Inception Fee of US$1,500.00 (plus any disbursements and legal costs incurred) will be payable by the trust upon its inception. This is a once only fee.

Annual Trustee Fee

An Annual Trustee Fee will be payable by the trust on 1st January each year, or on a pro rata basis from the date of inception for those trusts established during a financial year, based upon the value of the assets within the trust fund as follows;

0.30% on the first US$2,000,000.00
0.275% on the next US$3,000,000.00
0.25% on values over US$5,000,000.00

The minimum Annual Trustee Fee will be US$1,500.00 (plus disbursements).

Landmark will be entitled to make reasonable charges for services of other than acting as Trustee, which may include (but not be limited to);

• Preparation of financial statements.
• Dealings which are conducted for or on behalf of beneficiaries.
• Dealings with any real property, including mortgages and property management.
• Dealings with business contracts.
• Any unusual or exacting administrative duties.

Withdrawl Fee

A Withdrawal Fee will be payable by the trust in the event that Landmark ceases to act as trustee for any reason. This fee will be based on the amount of time and work involved.
